Linda Holiday, silversmith
Made by hand, made to remember
Linda Holiday has been making jewelry since she was eighteen — more than five decades at the bench. Working from her studio in Calgary, she practises traditional silversmithing from start to finish: carving each design in wax, pouring her own ingots, and drawing her own wire.
Much of Linda's life has been lived close to nature, and her work carries that connection. An eagle in flight, a salmon swimming home, a dragonfly catching the light, a goose on the wing. Each piece in The Heirloom Collection is one of a kind, made to be kept and passed down.
